I am currently working on her full Bio but I need to talk things through with other DGrayFans plus I probably need a review before I'll upload it. I'll add some details in here though
note: I changed the colours to some I prefer, might change them once in a while

Details

• The first uniform: her first uniform is the standard issue first uniform. To hide her skin she wears stockings. Her hair is short because she's been on a long mission in Africa and it was easier to handle than always putting it up. _{she still regrets it though}
  
• Second uniform: the second uniform gives much more space for the design. The short sleeves are useful for her Innocence and the short jacket gives her a lot more space to move. The trousers are also quite practical to move with her Innocence. The colour of her shirt varies depending on Livia's mood.
• Third uniform: the biggest change since the last time. Her jacket is a kind of skirt which is parted to make her movements easier/faster. The ruffles are now a little bit larger and sewed with the upper part of the uniform. Plus they are replacing the red details at the underside of the jacket i.e. the skirt part. the back is one large part. Furthermore she's now wearing long trousers beneath it, since she thinks that stockings are uncomfortable. About the sleeves: these are the usual sleeves for the third uniform but she opens the buttons most times. why? because she likes it. it is impractical? yes it can be, the sleeves might get stuck. it's a risk she takes because she simply prefers it that way. _rebel her secondary sleeves are rolled up and saved with the last button, while the others are hidden. she sometimes still wears her sleeves cut open but starts to prefer this way. The cut open sleeves are now mostly worn when it's warm outside About the hair: on missions Livia ties up her hair in various updos or braids since it's rather long and impractical. She likes french braids and taught Raven how to do them. sometimes she leaves it open. Livia takes the risk _{I mostly draw her with her hair down bc apparently I'm not too good in drawing the shapes of heads with short hair}
• Casual: She is now wearing long trousers and a blouse, also to hide skin. I changed the trousers. Now they are the same trousers as in her third uniform, so she just has to throw on her jacket and hop onto the train for a mission. The top she's wearing above the blouse is made of a thicker, warmer material and got a few more details then the one I made before here
• Shoes: Livia doesn't like boots, which is why she only wears ballerinas, plus it's better for her Innocence. She also prefers to wear them without socks. And yes, these golden things at her shoes/casual top/gauntlets are gearwheels.
• The Gearwheels: Livia, who is a passionate traveller, collects the gearwheels from her various missions and sews them onto her clothes. don't ask her how she finds them. She just does.
• Accessories: she wears a tiny compass around her neck as necklace. Also, since she destroyed her Golem with her chains while training, she got a communicator as earring on her upper ear.
• Innocence: Previously, her Innocence was combined with the short stick as you can see here it now stays attached around the wrists and ankles. She now has her weapon directly in her hands. It also changed into crystal type after Lenalee's Innocence changed. 
• Her Innocence will be divided into moves and attacks. Moves are mostly made with her ankle-chains and attacks mostly with her wrist-chains. In the beginning, she can only do simple hits and move-arounds or catching Akuma with her chains (needs both hands though), this stage is followed by a stronger one, allowing her to create four strands to stand on (ankles) and to form the net (using both hands) to defend herself. In her maximal activation, the ankle-chains loosen to flow around her feet, allowing her to jump higher/double jump _{she doesn't know of this attack until rather late}
• After turning Crystal, her Innocence is not only stronger but also got new attacks/moves. The net can now be made with only one hand, so she can use the other to hit. Her ankle-chains can now form nets to stand on, too (ofc with loose strands to attach somewhere). Also the doublejump doesn't require that much energy anymore.
• Her fighting style is rather tumultuous/passionate because she actually likes to fight and she's too impulsive to keep still.
• Short Background Info: Livia was born in Sweden and grew up as an intelligent girl, who loved to be outside and in the nature. She is a little two faced, meaning that she appears to be straight forward, sometimes sassy and like a whirlwind but is rather shy, introverted and distrusting in front of new people. She tends to try to find an unusual way to solve problems and has a variety of quirks. Liv can be quite clumsy and awkward around people but she loves her job as Exorcist (especially since she loves travelling). Her parents got divorced in her early life and she struggled a lot with keeping friends but other from that she had a nice childhood, with a priest teaching her how to read at five and lovely siblings. Some other facts: She was on a 7 month long mission through Africa. She's always up for an adventure. If you manage to be her friend she's really loyal and always got your back. She speaks various languages, since she needed to be kept busy as child. She isn't quite good with new people, she's mostly awkward and doesn't know what to say - and she's the opposite when comfortable around someone. She loves reading and thunderstorms. She loves hot showers and the water in general.
